Studio and Commercial Pilates Equipment
Equipment specified for commercial Pilates studios, physiotherapy clinics and fitness centres: machines rated for continuous daily use, available in 8 colourways with custom colour matching and logo personalisation.
What studio use demands
A machine in a studio runs eight to twelve hours a day with users of every size. That places load on three things: the frame, the bearings and the springs. Our studio range uses solid maple for the frame because it is the harder timber and resists warping under continuous load, sealed-bearing carriages, and German-quality springs tested to over 600,000 stretches.
Building a studio from scratch
A classical equipment set is a reformer, a Cadillac or tower, a Wunda chair and a ladder barrel. If budget forces a sequence, the order that generates revenue fastest is:
- Reformers first. They fill group classes, which is where studio revenue comes from.
- Cadillac second. It opens rehabilitation and pre and post-natal work, the highest-margin one-to-one sessions.
- Wunda chairs third. Cheap per square metre, and they let you run circuit formats.
- Ladder barrel last. It completes the classical set and differentiates you from reformer-only studios.
