1 General Agreement

By accessing, purchasing, or using any product or service from REFORMIA, You confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
You have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between You and REFORMIA.

2 Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
Orders are accepted only after confirmation by REFORMIA
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraud

3 Pricing & Payments

All prices may be subject to VAT, shipping costs, and may change without prior notice before order confirmation. Payment must be completed before order processing.

REFORMIA is not responsible for payment authorization failures or banking/third-party processing errors.

4 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and approved within up to 5 business days. Once approved, a tracking number will be issued.

Delivery Timeframe: Due to the nature of our products, delivery may take approximately 2 to 4 months.

Large items are shipped via freight carriers. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper delivery access.

REFORMIA is not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, courier delays, customs procedures, or force majeure events. All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5 Inspection & Damage Claims (48-Hour Rule)

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the product immediately and report any damage, defects, or missing items within 48 hours. Claims must include clear photo or video evidence.

⚠️ Failure to report within this timeframe may result in automatic rejection of the claim.

6 Transfer of Risk

All goods become the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

7 Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for custom or made-to-order products, used, assembled, or damaged items, or products not returned in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

8 Product Use & Responsibility

REFORMIA products are intended strictly for Pilates and fitness use. By using our products, You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for proper use, installation, and maintenance.

REFORMIA shall not be liable for injuries resulting from misuse, improper technique, incorrect assembly or maintenance, or use without proper supervision or training.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under EU law, REFORMIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, business, or income, delivery delays caused by third parties, or damages occurring after delivery.

Total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, unless otherwise required by law.

10 Product Disclaimer

Natural materials (including wood and leather) may vary in color, grain, and finish
Minor visual imperfections are not considered defects
Product specifications may change without notice

11 Third-Party Services

REFORMIA uses third-party providers for payments, shipping and logistics, and website functionality. We are not responsible for their delays, errors, or independent policies.

12 Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

REFORMIA collects and processes personal data in accordance with EU GDPR regulations. Data may include name, contact details, address, payment-related information, and website usage data.

Purpose: Order processing and delivery, customer support, and business operations and improvement.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. We may share data with service providers necessary to operate the business.

13 Service Availability

All services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices or systems.
