48-Hour Inspection Rule

Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with photo/video proof.

Failure to do so may result in rejection of claims.

EU Right of Withdrawal

• Customers may return products within 14 days
• Items must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable:

• Custom or made-to-order products
• Used or assembled products
• Damaged items not reported within 48h

Refund Conditions

• Return shipping is paid by the customer
• A restocking fee up to 25% may apply
• Refunds are issued after inspection
